in the Summer of 2005, after waiting for years to 'get discovered" or land a record deal, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I decided to record and release an album by myself. Back in those days, online music wasn't as popular. Every person wasn't uploading videos to Tik tok or Instagram. we had My Space and AOL and that's about it. So, I found someone to help me record and I produced and released the album on my own. Booking my own shows and doing my own posters, designing a website and advertising anywhere I could hand out a poster or a flier. The songs were a combination of "normal" and comedy songs. It was fun to make and laid the ground work for the rest of my career. Nowadays, technology has made the recording and advertising easier. but, I still record in the same way and never lose track that the songs are what matters most. ​
